asfixia
periférica
Space is running out, the city is rethinking its boundaries once again. One roof next to another in endless succession becomes desolate remains. Pieces of concrete, thousands of houses, forming uniform and anonymous landscapes on the outskirts.
Distant places, large commuter towns where the people responsible for moving the large production machinery are concentrated.
The "Asfixia Periférica" project seeks to explore the phenomenon of the city and its accidents, to see how the city pulsates like living matter. It is an organism in unbridled expansion, consuming territory and taking over it.
Images that, with the privilege of distance, of seeing from the outside, bring us closer to what would be impossible to appreciate from the inside.
